Living in Families with Teens (LIFT)
Child Services, Family / Parenting, Mental Health - Adult & Senior, Mental Health - Child & Youth, and Youth Services

Program Features
- Duration: 3-month program providing a range of therapeutic intervention(s) including individual, couple, family counseling, mediation, and youth support
- Confidential counseling for parents & youth
- Open community referral for youth 12-16 yrs old (For youth 17-18 yrs old by MCFD referral only)
- Accepts referrals within the Lantzville, Nanaimo and Ladysmith area
- Daytime and evening appointments available, in person or virtual (Monday to Friday)
Access to Program The LIFT program is an open community referral service. Parents/guardians & youth between the ages of 12-16 years old can contact the LIFT Office for an initial intake. For youth between the ages of 17 and 18, a referral may be made through MCFD only.
