L2T – Linked to Treatment Program

Provided by Nanaimo and Area Resource Services for Families (NARSF)

Linked 2 Treatment (L2T) offers individuals who have tested positive for HIV/HCV support to access related treatments.
The program incorporates case management and a psycho-social client-centred approach to support and engage individuals to access HIV/HCV treatment support and care. For individuals struggling to access HIV/HCV care and treatment or who are newly positive and would like support to address lifestyle factors, please contact 250-802-8006.

The program uses evidence-based interventions to promote and monitor treatment adherence. As treatment regimens are complex and the impact on health and wellness significant, L2T welcomes community partners’ involvement in a holistic, connected care team approach and in cases where there are physician referrals and coordination support for the referred person.
