Eating Disorders Program - Child and Youth - Vancouver
Child Services, Mental Health - Child & Youth, and Youth Services
Provided by Vancouver Coastal Health
The program offers community-based assessment and treatment for youth and families with eating disorders including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, and Eating Disorders Not Otherwise. Services available for children and youth aged 13-19 who live in Vancouver. Consultation, education and connection to alternate levels of care offered to children aged 12-13 while awaiting treatment.

- Caregiver education series
- Individual and family therapy
- Nutritional education and support
- Medical monitoring and consultation
- Psychiatric consultation (via internal program referral)
- Recreation therapy and outreach
Consultation and education are also available to community agencies and professionals to promote awareness and early intervention.
