Promotes understanding, acceptance, and support for people affected by addiction and mental health issues through various peer support programs.
The Umbrella Society is focused on housing, counselling, and providing outreach to people with substance use problems, including people with concurrent mental health challenges.
Provides peer support to adults and youth living with addiction and/or related mental health issues through advocacy, outreach, systems navigation, as well as information and referrals to appropriate community resources.
The Peer Outreach Program works one-on-one with those seeking help for their own substance use. If you would like the support of an outreach worker, please contact the office to complete a brief intake.
The Family Counseling Program provides support for family members struggling with a loved one's addiction.
